Who is the UFG?

How it works

See it. Understand it. Improve it.

We begin by discussing your swimming, experience and goals. Your stroke is then filmed underwater and reviewed with you poolside. Steve identifies the changes most likely to improve your swimming and helps you understand the cues and drills that suit you.

The aim is not to overwhelm you with every technical detail. It is to give you clarity about what matters most and what to work on next.

UFG sessions are designed for adult swimmers who can already swim independently but want to better understand their technique.

This includes triathletes, open-water swimmers, Masters competitors, competitive swimmers, fitness swimmers and adults returning to structured swimming
