I am a licensed Australian coach and one of the country’s top Masters swimmers.
My coaching mantra is “Easy choices, hard life. Hard choices, easy life” and my style brings grit, humour, and a lifetime of aquatic experience to every session.
I've always had a love for water, but structured training didn’t come until much later. This late start shaped my empathy for swimmers who develop at different speeds, and fuels my belief that progress is always possible.

My expertise is built on a foundation of competitive swimming at the highest levels. From 20 second sprints to 20km open water races, I understand the water from both sides of the lens, ensuring your technique is refined with precision.
